1. Accounts are due and payable 30 days from the date on which Bob's A To Z Rentals issues it's invoices in respect of good purchased/rented.
2. A service charge of 2.0% per month (26.82% per annum compounded monthly) will apply on the amount of any overdue account.
3. A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) must be obtained within 15 days from the date of invoice;and the RGA # must be referenced. Goods returned will be subject to inspection and a 25% handling charge.
4. Notification of changes of address of company or principals must be sent by registered mail to Bob's A To Z Rentals within seven (7) days.
5. A photocopy or facsimile or electronic copy of this application will be considered a valid document in case of disputes.
6. In the event of a default payment, the customer will pay attorney's fees and court costs incident to any formal collection proceedings that may be required.
7. The undersigned certifies the information provided in this credit application to be true and correct.
8. In consideration of Bob's A To Z Rentals exiting credit to a corporation or proprietorship, I hereby personally guarantee the indebtedness of the corporation or proprietorship to Bob's A To Z Rentals.
9. In accordance with Section 12 of the Personal Information Reporting Act the applicant hereby consents to Bob's A To Z Rentals obtaining, from a reporting agency, a report describing the credit status of the applicant or company he represents, as the case may be.
10. Account Privileges may be suspended without notice to the customer should the account become overdue, in whole or in part. *
